Where real production becomes virtual

Software for Efficient Robotics in Manufacturing

Boost productivity for your robot and machine systems

FASTSUITE® Edition 2 helps manufacturing companies sustainably increase the productivity of their systems. By using a digital twin and offline programming of industrial robots and machines, programs and production processes can be developed, tested, and optimized virtually—even while production is running. This reduces downtime, speeds up commissioning, and makes production systems more efficient.

FASTSUITE® Overview

A platform that unites robots, machines, and processes in a virtual environment

Industry-specific solutions

Industry-specific technology packages covering all robot activities

Flexible customization & programming

Customization of the programming interface, process parameters, and post-processors

Extensive 3D library

Ready-to-use 3D library with industrial components (robots, controllers, clamping elements, etc.)

Open system integration

Cross-manufacturer integration of robots and machines

Virtual process validation

Virtual validation of robot and machine programs using digital twins and OEM controllers

What is Offline Programming?

In offline programming, robot programs are created based on CAD models and then simulated in the digital 3D twin of the workcell. The simulation ensures that the program runs precisely and without errors, so it can be transferred directly to the physical workcell and put into production immediately.

What are the advantages of OLP software?

It enables the creation, simulation, and optimization of robot programs without interrupting ongoing production. This reduces downtime, increases efficiency, and detects errors early on. Additionally, OLP supports the integration of new processes and systems, which enhances flexibility and competitiveness.

  • Cost reduction
  • 50% increase in productivity
  • Automatic programming
  • Up to 80% less downtime
  • Increased flexibility
  • And many more benefits

Key Features of FASTSUITE Edition 2

Digital twin of the robot cell

A realistic digital twin of the robot cell accurately maps the workpiece, fixtures, and robotics, laying the foundation for safe offline programming.

CAD-based robot paths

Robot paths are derived directly from CAD data, enabling efficient, precise, and reproducible programming of motion sequences.

Early collision and reachability checks

Automatic collision detection and reachability checks identify potential risks early on—even before the system is actually put into operation.

Realistic cycle time simulation

Realistic motion and cycle time simulations enable a reliable assessment of the system’s cycle time, throughput, and productivity.

Controller-based program generation

Robot programs are generated close to the controller and can be executed directly on the actual controller without manual reprogramming.

Direct program exchange

Programs can be downloaded and uploaded directly between the offline system and the actual robot controller.

Integrated process models

Integrated technology and process models support process quality assurance and ensure stable and reproducible manufacturing results.

Reusable programs

Programs and motion sequences can be copied, mirrored, and scaled to efficiently adapt them to new components or systems.

Automated programming

Automation functions and APIs reduce the need for manual programming—especially in variant manufacturing and series production.

Synchronized multi-robot movements

FASTSUITE supports the coordinated control of synchronized multi-robot and multi-axis movements within complex production cells.

Thanks to advanced 3D simulation and an intuitive user interface, FASTSUITE ensures seamless synchronization between the virtual and real worlds and integrates seamlessly into existing processes.
