Customers with an active maintenance contract have free access to our hotline in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for Software Maintenance of CENIT AG. For services that go beyond the scope of the support contract, and for customers without a maintenance contract, we provide support services on a time-and-materials basis.

MyCENIT, Your Support Platform
The myCENIT customer portal provides access to all relevant information regarding your FASTSUITE installation. All FASTSUITE users can register at my.cenit.com using their user ID.
